									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I LOVE my wet suit swims.  I too am not a great swimmer so anything that helps my technique is golden to me.  With a wet suit I am basically just concentrating on my catch/pull ..<br />
 kicking very little.  My speed is good and my legs are getting rested for the bike and run.  8 thumbs up for wet suit swims&#x1f60e;</p>
