TRAINING & RACING

NUTRITION & HYDRATION
L-Lysine is an amino acid that among its benefits are improved immune health and protein synthesis. This article provides more information on these and other benefits along with references to more than 30 other sources.
REST & RECOVERY
This research provides new information about the role of the chemical norepinephrine in cleansing our brain during sleep. However, maybe more importantly, especially during this time when there seems to be a pill or shot for everything, this research suggests a downside to sleep aids that interfere with the “norepinephrine waves.”
