Here are several articles related to triathlon training and planning for seniors that I came across over the past month. Several of these from this month’s finds should also inspire you to become and stay fit.

This post from Swim Smooth describes the three main kicking problems among triathletes. According to the author of this article, some triathletes may avoid or limit kicking. However, this is a mistake because it often produces extra drag.
Daphne Olivier, The Unconventional Dietician, speaks about the importance of sleep and nutrition for healthy aging.
You may want to check out her website with its many free resources. “A Guide to Power-Packed Breakfasts – High-Protein Morning Meals” is one that caught my attention.
Our Sleep Number bed tracks several metrics related to sleep quality. One of these is Heart Rate Variability, because it is believed to indicate the quality of our sleep.
