Quick, healthy, and delicious vegetable salad
This recipe is ideal for lunch at the office or at home.
Ingredients
8 oz(s), Carrots, baby, raw
8 ounce, Brocolli
1 cup, Cauliflower – raw
8 ounce, Grape Tomato
1 cup slices, Cucumber – raw with peel
1 lemon, Juiced Organic Lemon
Instructions
Mix the vegetables in a glass bowl with cover that seals well
Juice the lemon and pour over the mixture
Place in refrigerator over night and, when possible, turn over the bowl to redistribute the lemon juice over the vegetables
