REST & RECOVERY

This study, performed by a group in India, concluded that body weight exercises performed by elderly men and women between the ages of 60 and 80 led to markedly improved sleep quality and “well-being.” This is yet another study to document the positive relationship between exercise and sleep quality.

Inspiration

This sports comedy, released in 2023, is based on a true story about four longtime friends—and diehard New England Patriots fans—all over age 80 who make a trip to the 2017 Super Bowl to see their idol Tom Brady battle it out against the Atlanta Falcons.
